A private and secluded annex of the State Mental Health Facility at Mt. Pleasant. It is a remote building of great size and age, supposedly a major stop on the Underground Railroad before the Civil War. It is the subject of much speculation among the locals, who rumor many strange and sinister happenings occur there.
