Manger Scene Comes Alive In Front Of House

Deleware: Coffin's Grove residents were amazed when the one half-scale plastic replica of the Nativity of Christ seemed to come to life on Saturday, Dec. 7. Witnesses said they could faintly hear the illuminated plastic replica of the baby Jesus cry and coo like a real infant, while assembled shepherds, wise men and even animals were discovered to slowly change their poses every 12 minutes.

Walsh Street home owner Joshua David, 42, said of the miracle in his front yard, "I'm as amazed of it as anybody else. But we're a little wary about talking about it. We've had one woman get baddly shocked when she walked up to it on her knees in the snow---she shorted-out one of the extension cords. And then we've had a few people try to run off with it. It's been in my family since I was eleven, and I'd like to pass it on to my kids."
