Military Testing Flying Saucer In Iowa

Wappelo: Whatever you believe on the subject of UFOs, the fact is they exist! So says a group of military officials at the Ottumwa Naval Air Station's Experimental Research Center. The US Army has been test flying the CYPHER Unmanned Aerial Vehicle down there for about six months, giving rise to numerous UFO sightings. The doughnut shaped aircraft uses two sets of rotating blades mounted in its midsection which makes it look saucer shaped when flying and giving off a peculiar whirring noise. It can hover for long period of time in a single area and can be used to decode underground structures and tunnels. "This thing can do all sorts of classified crap." said Seaman Second Class Bertie Scattergood of Forgan, Ok. "If there were some underground facility being manned by hostiles, we could use it to find out where all the human beings were, and anything else in the area, and plan out a method of attack to eliminate human loss of life and maximum devastation on the enemy....limit the human loss of life, I mean, of course...."
