Phantom Wanker Returns!

Palo Alto: University of Emmetsburg Sophomore Tracy Spezi has become the latest victim in a bizarre series of indecent exposure incidents occurring at the U of E LaVerne Dayle-Roberts Special Collections Library (see: Phantom Wanker Haunting U of E Library?, vol. 4, Issue #5, May, 1997). According to the head of University Public Safety, Alan Fraser, Spezi was researching a term paper in the Special Collections late on Monday night, February 23 when she came across an older man masturbating. Her description of the man has matched similar descriptions given by other victims, who have likewise said that the man vanishes almost as soon as he is discovered.

     Security surveillance cameras in special collections also show that the suspect appears in the same area irregularly but is never seen entering or leaving the library by any other surveillance cameras positioned around the building.

     In a related event, Fraser is launching an investigation into what delayed U of E Campus Security arriving on the scene. One high ranking Campus Security source alleges that Campus Police have been parking their vehicles under utility poles and listening to softcore porn movies whose audio signal leaks from the cable TV lines onto one of the police radio bands.
