Is Smackenhovel Hiding Dirty Secrets?

Pottawattamie: I have been following very closely an installation in this county that is called Area P-21. This installation will never appear on any map and the governments of both the state and the nation deny its existence. Through the Freedom of Information Act, however, I have obtained over 200 pages of documents pertaining to 26 classified reports relating specifically to "continuity of government" issues and contracts for security services with Smackenhovel Security, Inc. in southwestern Iowa.

     Smackenhovel is an enigmatic giant multi-national corporation. Seated on its board are former FBI, CIA, and Pentagon officials. The corporation is in charge of protecting several Nuclear-Weapons facilities, nuclear reactors, "special" segments of the Alaskan pipeline, and more than a few American embassies abroad. The company's federal contracts alone run over million per year. It is a matter of public record that in 1946, Paul Smackenhovel, then a 33 year old former CIG agent joined with two ex-FBI operatives to create SECRECY INCORPORATED. Smackenhovel bought out his partners in 1948. As the company grew over the years, it became clear that Smackenhovel's connections to the military, the military-industrial complex, certain intimates of Truman, Eisenhower, and even the Kennedy's all aided his corporation to grow quickly and quietly---giving him unparalleled influence behind the scenes. Squirming though a loophole in the 1893 Pinkerton statute prohibiting a private detective agency to work for the government, he set up subsidiary organizations to provide guards, not employees, to government installations. These include the Nevada Test Sites and other sensitive areas where alleged objects from outer space are being kept under a blanket of denial and secrecy...such as Area P-21.

     In addition, Smackenhovel is a major investor in outside corporations, such as foreign arms manufacturers. One such Japanese firm specializes in the making of 120mm depleted uranium anti-tank rounds. Smackenhovel also has deep connections to Iowa's Bio-Tech, Inc. Though, officially, Smackenhovel only provides security at the plant, Paul Smackenhovel owns controlling interest and several Smackenhovel executives also sit on Bio-Tech's Board of Directors. In a letter I recently acquired from an anonymous source, startling implications are immediately apparent. Written on Smackenhovel stationary and dated Jan. 20, 1996, Dr. Nicholas P. Johns requests information from Bio-Tech for a list of agents and production techniques related to biological warfare. It further requests a brief on gene splicing technology able to produce pathogenic agents, such as viruses.

     Smackenhovel himself, though not seen publicly for decades, is allegedly still alive and in total control of the corporation. He is a heavy hitting hard-line right wing conservative of the old school. He maintained extensive files on anti-war protesters, environmentalists, civil rights leaders, "derogatory types", and supposedly collected an excess of 5.5 million files on suspected dissidents. Smackenhovel claims the largest collection of privately held files on "deviant personalities" in the world. In 1975, when congress investigated the now defunct "Anti-Anarchist Church League of the Midwest", whose offices were in Hopkins Grove, Smackenhovel was an intimate friend to some of the group's leaders. After the investigation many of those leaders became employees of Smackenhovel. It is rumored that truckloads of their files went to Smackenhovel's headquarters before Justice Department investigators arrived on the scene.

     Smackenhovel's annual salary and dividends exceed six million per year, making him one of the wealthiest Iowans still residing in the state---if he is indeed still alive. He owns a castle in the gated community of Last Chance located in Lucas County, complete with moat and several hundred armed guards patrolling the perimeter 24 hours a day.

     I have tried to find out more about this secretive man and his corporation, but official sources were not forthcoming. Repeated requests from known clients, such as the Department of Energy and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, were met with denial and evasion. Clients outside Iowa include installations in Mexico City, Brazil, Belgium, the Andes Mountain Range, and even certain areas of Antarctica---areas all known as UFO hot spots. A source inside the Pottawattamie Sheriff's Department said, "Smackenhovel has been used by the intelligence community of this state and the United States for years. When they need cover, Smackenhovel is there to give it to them...at a price. Always at a price."

     When I contacted the Central Headquarters of Smackenhovel, I asked them directly what 1,500 men were doing in Wheeler, Iowa. The secretary who intercepted my call asked me for a private meeting. I agreed. We met in a local hot dog joint, and she told me privately that there were "things" that you wouldn't want your mother or your children to ever know about. "You've done your research, and they have done their research on you, Ardenti," she whispered to me. "They don't know whether to get rid of you or offer you a job."

     The idea disgusted me. I paid the check and left. Later I noticed that the woman must have slipped a hastily written note into my jacket. It simply read "8:30, tonight, P-21."

     I took my usual surveillance spot and waited at the appointed time. A convoy left the fence line at about 8:45. The group of vehicles contained an 18 wheeler tractor trailer, and 10 black Ford Tauruses. I saw more than a dozen Smackenhovel security men with Remington 870 pump action shotguns guarding a large container of something marked "pool supplies". With my powerful parabolic "bionic ear" I overheard a man in a dark suit shout, "Do not look in the truck. Secure it, secure the cargo, and make sure it gets to Des Moines safely."

     Due to the faulty nature of my starter in the Nissan I own, I was unable to follow them to the destination.

     All this raises perplexing questions. Is Smackenhovel conducting operations forbidden to legitimate governmental institutions to undertake? Is the Governor, or even higher levels of government working through this corporation to conduct secret operations beyond the public's knowledge? Is Smackenhovel behind the secret pact with the aliens to exchange people for technology? Has Smackenhovel collected enough data in its files to hold the entire country in a state of blackmail? Recently Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell stated publicly that there are in fact aliens among us, that an orchestrating "parallel government" operating outside the Washington dog and pony show possesses alien technology and doles it out to select US corporations. Could it be that the master puppeteer sits behind the scenes in Last Chance Iowa, pulling the strings while we all dance for his amusement and profit? You investigate...you decide.....
