THE ABDUCTION PHENOMENON

     The ABDUCTION PHENOMENA appears to be an event in which HUMAN beings get abducted or taken without their consent. This event has been reported by MEN, WOMEN, and CHILDREN of all ages and lifestyles, over many years. This is a GLOBAL PHENOMENA. It is taking place every where and all the time.

     These ABDUCTION events are very much like a KIDNAPPING, the major difference being that in a KIDNAPPING both parties are HUMAN beings, in an ABDUCTION the ABDUCTEE is HUMAN and the ABDUCTORS are LIFEFORMS of UNKNOWN ORIGIN, widely believed to be EXTRATERRESTRIAL, meaning that they come from OUTER SPACE. The ABDUCTORS are NONHUMAN and could be GHOSTS, SPIRITS, POLTERGEIST, E.T. ALIEN, ELECTRICAL, PLASMA LIFEFORMS and or other still UNKNOWN LIFEFORMS.

     Some of the abductees suffer from physical and mental ailments acquired due to their abduction event. The every day life of most abductees is drastically changed once they realize that they have been abducted. Most fear the future and the repeat future abduction that they KNOW will take place. Some show signs of mental illness and or cancer type cellular mutation. Some say that they are in CONSTANT CONTACT on a mental level with their abductors, they know when they are COMING BACK to abduct them again.

     The ABDUCTION PHENOMENA is not limited to singular abductees. There have been reports of entire families over several generations being periodically abducted. Many people get taken in groups. So far it appears that most abductions take place at night in one's home specifically while a person is asleep in bed. Typically they are woken up by several NONHUMAN LIFE FORMS standing over them. They are communicated with on a mental level much like ESP or MENTAL THOUGHT TYPE TRANSFER. They are touched and transported by the NONHUMAN LIFE FORM usually to another location, typically a UFO SPACECRAFT.

     There is, as yet, no conclusive proof of these events, which is why I am proposing the ABDUCTION PHENOMENA EXPERIMENT. GOALS of this experiment include, but are not limited to: 1) To PROVE the ABDUCTION PHENOMENA IS A REAL PHYSICAL EVENT, and not just a MENTAL or OUT OF BODY TYPE EXPERIENCE. 2) To PROVE the abductors are indeed NONHUMAN LIFEFORMS and of UNKNOWN ORIGIN. 3) To PROVE SCIENTIFICALLY and LEGALLY that the event is a CRIMINAL ACT. 4) To inform and educate the LEGAL SYSTEM to persuade them to INVESTIGATE, CAPTURE AND PROSECUTE the ABDUCTORS. 5) To DOCUMENT and RECORD in REAL TIME an ABDUCTION EVENT as it occurs. 6) To RESEARCH and DESIGN ALARM type SECURITY SYSTEMS to give a warning when the NONHUMAN LIFEFORMS are ILLEGALLY entering the home and or "personal space" of their intended victims. 7) To LOCATE, CAPTURE and or CONFINE the ABDUCTORS for investigation and questioning. 8) To PROVE MEDICALLY, SCIENTIFICALLY and LEGALLY that NONHUMAN LIFEFORMS do EXIST and act and or interact with HUMAN BEINGS living here on EARTH. 9) To give PHYSICAL and MENTAL guidance and or medical treatment to all abductees to help them overcome the affects of their abduction. 10) To INFORM and CAUTION all the PEOPLE of the world as to the validity of the ABDUCTION PHENOMENON.

     Upon successful completion of the ABDUCTION EXPERIMENT, I will disclose my findings to the general public and or the sponsors of the experiment. I will produce a VIDEO TAPE DOCUMENTARY of the experiment. This video tape will be of BROADCAST QUALITY and could be aired and/or sold. This documentary would be used to inform the general public about the realities of the ABDUCTION PHENOMENON. This is a PUBLIC SERVICE, all people should be informed as to the CRIMINAL ACTS these NONHUMAN ABDUCTORS perform on MANKIND.

     Despite the apparent superiority of METHODS, TECHNOLOGY and KNOWLEDGE possessed by these NONHUMAN LIFEFORMS which allow them to traverse or travel through seemingly solid objects, use MENTAL THOUGHT TRANSFER, travel in SPACESHIPS, MANIPULATE the BODY, BRAIN and MIND of MANKIND without any resistance (performing medical and or surgical procedures upon MANKIND without the use of pain-numbing drugs), use VISIBLE LIGHT BEAM WEAPONRY to destroy a target, SUPERIOR KNOWLEDGE of the bio-electric life form, called MAN......I TAKE THE POSITION THAT THE UNKNOWN LIFEFORMS HAVE A SIMILAR TYPE OF STRUCTURE AND CAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CRIMINAL AND OR ILLEGAL ACTS THEY PERFORM ON MANKIND.

     The acts which take place in "THE ABDUCTION PHENOMENON" might be performed by a RENEGADE or CRIMINAL GROUP of UNKNOWN LIFEFORMS. The ACTIONS of the UNKNOWN LIFEFORMS might even be UNAUTHORIZED and or ILLEGAL under THEIR STRUCTURE. If there is a RENEGADE type group INTERACTING with MANKIND it is the responsibility of MANKIND to inform the POWERS THAT BE, OUR LEADERS and THEIRS. It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF MANKIND to HELP KEEP THE PEACE among ALL LIFEFORMS of the UNIVERSE, KNOWN and or UNKNOWN. The UNKNOWN LIFEFORMS and MANKIND must both understand the LAWS and or SOCIAL structures that each exists under.

     MANKIND MUST INITIATE THIS ACTION FOR THE GOOD OF ALL LIFEFORMS IN THE UNIVERSE !!

     The DESIGN of attempts to DUPLICATE the SENSORY SYSTEM of MANKIND with an ELECTRONIC COUNTERPART, incorporating ELECTRONIC VIDEO and IMAGING EQUIPMENT, FILM, ELECTRONIC AUDIO LISTENING EQUIPMENT, other forms of SPECTRUM ANALYSIS ELECTROTHERMOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT, HEAT SENSING devices and technology, and ELECTRONIC RADAR type IMAGING EQUIPMENT are used to SIMULATE the PERCEPTION SYSTEM of MANKIND. HUMAN PERCEPTION is not accurate enough for this type of investigation. ELECTRONIC equipment can perform, with greater accuracy and in a quicker fashion, the task of performing, logging and documenting the experiment.

     The COSTS to PERFORM THE ABDUCTION EXPERIMENT are great, and could easily EXCEED the FIVE MILLION DOLLAR figure, taking well OVER ONE YEAR TO COMPLETE. The REQUIREMENTS to RESEARCH and DESIGN, SET UP and PERFORM such an EXPERIMENT include but are not limited to: 1) Funding in EXCESS OF FIVE MILLION DOLLARS. 2) Abductees willing to participate. 3) LEGAL, POLITICAL, MEDICAL and SCIENTIFIC personnel. 4) Various ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT used to LOCATE, CONTACT, and or COMMUNICATE with the UNKNOWN LIFE FORM. This electronic equipment would be used to MEASURE, DOCUMENT and or RECORD, the ELECTRICAL, ELECTROMAGNETIC and or electronic and MECHANICAL activity in and around the ABDUCTION PHENOMENON EXPERIMENT location. 5) Various ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT used to VIDEO RECORD THE EXPERIMENT. 6) Various ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT used to AUDIO RECORD THE EXPERIMENT. 7) Various MECHANICAL FILM PHOTOGRAPHIC CAMERA EQUIPMENT used to FILM the EXPERIMENT. 8) A SAFE HOUSE in which the EXPERIMENT would be PERFORMED in a SCIENTIFIC CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. 9) ELECTRONIC SPECTRUM ANALYZER EQUIPMENT extending in range from DIRECT CURRENT up to and including 1,000 GIGAHERTZ. 10) ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT to MONITOR the VISIBLE LIGHT and or VISIBLE OPTICAL ENERGY in and around, BEFORE, DURING and AFTER an event. 11) ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT to MONITOR the INVISIBLE type OPTICAL ENERGY such as INFRARED ENERGY which surround some UFO and some UNKNOWN LIFE FORMS in and/or around the experiment, before, during and after the experiment and/or event. 12) MOTION PICTURE FILM TYPE MECHANICAL CAMERA EQUIPMENT. 13) ELECTRONIC TYPE RADAR to scan the air space in and around the experiment to IDENTIFY the UFO used by the UNKNOWN LIFE FORM. 14) COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT to CONTACT AIRPORT RADAR CONTROLLERS which can easily confirm and or deny our RADAR FINDINGS. 15) ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT to monitor the EXTREMELY LOW FREQUENCIES up to and including the MEDIUM FREQUENCIES and PHOTON EMISSIONS, such as ELF and PHOTON type MAGNETOMETERS. 16) EXPERIMENTAL INTERDIMENSIONAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS or ICS TECHNOLOGY (it has been demonstrated that ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT CAN COMMUNICATE WITH UNKNOWN LIFEFORMS. This equipment is DESIGNED and OPERATED by myself). 17) UNMANNED or AUTOMATIC ELECTRONIC and MECHANICAL MONITORING, RECORDING equipment. 18) fixed location SENSORS AND AUTOMATIC DATA LOGGING COMPUTER EQUIPMENT. 19) DOCTORS and MEDICAL PERSONNEL to perform normal and or routine EXAMINATIONS and PROCEDURES and SPECIAL PROCEDURES designed by ALEXANDER CAVALLARI for the identification, location and removal of UNKNOWN DEVICES from the body of abductees. 20) ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT to monitor and record ALL RADIATION TYPE EMISSIONS such as RADIOACTIVE PARTICLES in and around the EXPERIMENT location and in ABDUCTEES.

    This is a partial listing of requirements to successfully perform THE ABDUCTION EXPERIMENT. Please attempt to understand that this is real and we can find and capture them with these methods and equipment. I am being helped by my "friends" to achieve this, and these "bad ETs" will be MADE TO STOP!!!
