Pottawattamie: I have recently been named head of Third Eye Over Iowa's Conspiracy Corner Department, and as such I will be taking on the task of cracking the secrecy surrounding the more clandestine movements of the "shadow forces" in our state. I wanted to take this opportunity to address something of grave concern, first brought to my attention by the AMERICA FREE INFO NETWORK, a newspaper published by photographer John M. Zielinski.

In the February 7th, 1992 issue of that paper he reports on the federal government's complicity in child kidnapping, sex slavery, kiddie porn, and ritual slaughter. Zielinski has published several books on the Amish, is the founder of the Constitutional Party of Iowa, and has followed with tremendous tenacity the abductions of Iowa's children, such as the disappearance of Johnny Gosh. He had a display case at the Iowa City Library last month devoted to his beliefs and theories, and this renewed my interest in the subject. I was reminded of a letter submitted to this magazine some months back, by Charles Williams, who has joined our team and is an invaluable research assistant where conspiracy and UFO activity overlap. The letter was one he received at the Iowa UFO Research Network (see: Letter To The Publisher, Volume 4, Issue #1). After rereading the letter, I did some investigation in to the alleged goings-on in Pottawattamie County.

I wish to confirm that an underground facility in that county does exist, and it is something to be very concerned about. I have, in a secure location, video tape and photographic evidence. At this juncture, however, it is impossible to state for certain if the base is a human containment center which might be part of the alleged FEMA Concentration Camp Program, or an underground experimental laboratory. Of course, neither possibility precludes the other. Anyone who is dubious of the idea that vast underground networks and bases exist, need only consult such "reputable" media sources as US News and World Report dated 8-7-89 to read of the "secret" plan to carry out governmental functions in underground bases in the event of a "disaster". The plan is called COG (Continuity of Government). Many allege that the government is already being conducted from such bases and the Punch and Judy show we watch in Washington is meant only to distract the populace from the real government. With the current trend toward placing movie stars in the highest levels of public office, this allegation is increasingly difficult to dismiss. But, I digress.
The first thing I discovered on my visit to the Iowa underground installation (designated as P-21) was that a division of the Pottawattamie Sheriff's Department patrols the area. Their uniforms are a very dark blue paramilitary style, and each has an armband with the words "United States Police" embossed in yellow. A double row of barbed wire and chain link fence surrounds the area, and inside the are a small number of buildings. The largest is a warehouse sporting a number of antennas and search lights. The most notable feature is the HUGE satellite dish antenna. There are house trailers, and two 5-sided pink buildings with domes. Next to one of these "pentagons" I noticed a black limousine was parked. I saw several other vehicles parked above ground at Area P-21. I recognized soviet-made jeeps, troop transport trucks, and a mobile communications center. There is also a large helicopter landing pad, but no one I spoke with could recall, or would admit to, seeing any helicopters in the area, ever.
There are ramps built at the railroad tracks adjacent with the complex, each having multiple loading/unloading lanes two feet wide. These lanes appear to be too narrow for livestock, however, they could easily handle people. The lanes lead to a large courtyard area, perfect for assembling large numbers of people (or prisoners). Two miles north of the main complex is what might be a "launch site". I saw similar security measures in force, and large storage tanks with symbols identifying them as hydrogen and oxygen. A local man claims he saw a "flying saucer" emerge from this second site, taking off from a silo on the property.
The nearest community, Wheeler, is a sleepy little town of about 900. There is only one hotel, two bars, and a grocery store. The rail depot was closed 10 years ago when the last commercial rail line abandoned the tracks. These tracks are still maintained and periodic shipments arrive on unmarked "black" trains. According to residents, permanent base personnel are not allowed to leave the facility, and none have been seen except for the USP guards. Locals do not like to discuss the base or its operations. Perhaps with very good reason.
A farmer I spoke with claimed he had lost four cattle to mutilations between the years 1976 and 78, when the fences first went up around the base. When these remains were viewed under ultraviolet light, they were covered in a "glittery substance". Iowa was among the first states to experience cattle mutilations when the phenomenon began in 1976, which also corresponds to the first sightings of black helicopters in the area.

Kristen Tilly, a 27 year old resident of Wheeler claims she was first abducted by aliens in 1976 at age 6. She was abducted again 7 years later and then most recently in 1990. She said in our interview, "I was taken from my bedroom each time on the night of my birthday by three little gray people. They took me to a ship, and that went to a hole in the ground. In the hole were these men in red jumpsuits. I remember almost nothing of the first time, not much of the second. But, I remember almost all of the third. They took me through a bunch of tunnels and kept putting ATM cards in computers at every door. There were seven levels we went down. I saw mostly people on the first three, on four there were some more aliens, on five there were lots of them."

She told me that the complex must extend for miles underground, and that there are hundreds of people working there. I was told that there is a fitness center, a medical facility, barbershop, legal services, library, a chapel for each of four major religions and on for something she called the Church of Set. There are designated smoking areas and several large electrical generators. Then she grew very somber and said there are periodic deliveries of supplies which come in on boxcars. Deliveries of equipment and food, also boxes of chains and shackles.

"The men in the red suits called Level Six "NIGHT-MARE HALL", because it holds the prison complex where other abductees and missing children are kept for their experiments. These people seemed hopelessly insane, they screamed at me and begged me for help. The men in red suits just ignored them, they told me I would forget all about what I saw, but something must have gone wrong, I remember almost everything. I saw some bizarre stuff. I saw vats of some kind of spooky liquid, glowing yellow pudding-like stuff with animal and body parts floating in it; the little people were pouring buckets of blood into it. They only have three fingers. In cages and glass tanks I saw half-human/half octopus people with a bunch of legs. People with like, lizard skin, and furry creatures that had human hands and feet, but they had strange faces and just cried all the time. All kinds of animals. Fish, seals, birds, mice, and bat-like things 3 to 7 feet tall. They looked just like on that show Gargoyles. When they started showing that cartoon on TV, I thought, like wow, that is what I saw down there!"

She paused for a moment and continued, "Level #7 is worse, I can't describe it. What I can say is that I have never had sex. After my experience in there, I don't want to have sex. I was abused. On the seventh level I had a probe inserted in my vagina and I was impregnated. There was some kind of time accelerator, because I had the baby within just a few hours. Do you know what I'm saying? I have never had sex and I have a seven year old son somewhere inside that damned place. I saw him born I held him, and they took him away from me---the men in the red suits and the little gray people."

I would like to say that Kristen's story is unique. Unfortunately, it is all too common, and too commonly dismissed as delusion. Although most of the townspeople were not as quick to discuss their experience as she was, it seems that many of them had been abducted for the purposes of experimentation. They are taking unwilling human guinea pigs from the general populace of Wheeler and implanting devices in their heads and bodies. The townspeople are frightened and angry but don't they have any recourse since its being done by the government.

What is at stake here? If the reports are true, then what is happening in Pottawattamie? I believe that this is further evidence of an agreement entered into by our government and the aliens of Zeta Reticuli. There seem to be many such bases where government forces and alien entities are engaged in cooperative research involving abductions of humans test subjects and genetic engineering. The main base is allegedly in New Mexico, but there are others like this one all over the US, in particular the Midwest. We will continue to monitor the activity at this base, and inform you of our findings.
